MIRA's Annual Golf OutingThe 2008 MIRA Annual Golf Outing is scheduled for Monday, June 16, 2008. Please see details below for opportunities to participate this year.. Over one thousand golfers can't be wrong! Please join us for a fun day on a great course! The 2007 Golf Outing was a highly memorable one. Over 100 golfers started the day enjoying the links, regardless of the 90 degree temp's! Much can be said about the good nature of our golfers - and the hospitality of our hosts - the Metamora staff! Great food, ice cold drinks and a fantastic silent auction helped keep the crowd lively and cool, and best of all, it allowed MIRA the opportunity to raise much needed funds for brain research. Our deepest appreciation goes to the staff and management of The Metamora Golf & Country Club, and especially Shannon Crane, for seeing to the needs of our guests. They were great! Our volunteers, as usual, were great and we couldn't put this outing on without their support - and to the two chairmen, Paul Jacques and Don Rose. Their commitment to this project is unbelievable and deeply appreciated.
