Patrick Coffey

Patrick Coffey became a member of MIRA's board in 1997 following a 22-year career with the Citizens Insurance Company of America where he retired as Vice President of Marketing. He was elected a vice president of MIRA in 1999.

Alongside his insurance career, Mr. Coffey has been a collector, appraiser and lecturer on American art for more than 25 years. He is a former member of the board of directors of the Associates of the American Wing at the Detroit Institute of Arts and is a current certified member of the Appraisers Association of America in New York.

Mr. Coffey is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a former officer in the U.S. Navy. He and his wife, Donna, reside in Brighton, Michigan.
